Shandong Multinationals Research Center is a Grade-A public welfare institution affiliated to the Department of Commerce of Shandong Province. It was jointly established by the Department of Commerce of Shandong Province, Chinese Academy of International Trade and Economic Cooperation, and Qingdao Municipal People's Government, and houses the secretariats of Qingdao Multinationals Summit and New Growth Drivers · Qingdao Fair, with its office co-located with the secretariat of the Conference of Great Business Partners (CGBP). 

Primary responsibilities:

I. Undertaking the overall coordination, organization and implementation, promotion and commercialization of achievements, and project launching for the Qingdao Multinationals Summit, New Growth Drivers · Qingdao Fair, CGBP, and related activities;

II. Maintaining regular liaison with multinational corporations and their leadership, and enhancing the tracking and analysis of their investment trends;

III. Establishing platforms for information exchange and business cooperation, publicizing and promoting key projects and industries throughout the province, and providing related information and policy consultation services.
